What It’s Like at Rooted

Rooted is more than just a youth group—it’s a place where students can be themselves, ask real questions,
and grow in their faith.

Each week includes engaging Bible teaching, meaningful conversations, and plenty of fun. Whether it’s games, trips discussions, or just hanging out; Rooted build friendships that go beyond Sunday.

Every week is designed to be real, relevant, and something students actually look forward to.

Rooted Jr. (Grades 5–8)
Sundays | 4:00–5:00 PM

Rooted Sr. (Grades 9–12)
Sundays | 4:00–5:30 PM

Your First Visit to Rooted

Visiting for the first time? You’re not alone—and we’ve got you covered.

When you arrive, our team will welcome your student, help them get connected, and introduce them to others their age. No awkward standing around wondering what to do—we make it easy.

Students are placed in age-appropriate groups where they can jump in, have fun, and feel comfortable right away.

All of our leaders are trained and Safe Gatherings certified, so you can feel confident your student is in a safe environment.

We’re here to make the first visit easy—for both students and parents.

Do I need to sign up ahead of time?

We recommend signing up ahead of time so we can plan for groups, materials, and events.

But if your student just shows up, they’re absolutely welcome—we’ll get them connected


Can my student bring a friend?

Absolutely. Rooted is a great place to invite friends—everyone is welcome, no matter where they are in their faith journey.


Is it safe?

Yes. All of our leaders are trained and Safe Gatherings certified, creating a safe and supportive environment for every student.


What will my child do?

Each week includes a Bible lesson, music, games, and hands-on activities designed to help kids understand and live out their faith in a fun and engaging way.


Do students go on mission trips?

Yes! Students have opportunities to serve both locally and beyond.
